Houseboats

Houseboats are just what they sound like: a house that is also a boat. Imagine waking up in the morning to the gentle lap, lap, lap of the water all around your "house." Picture yourself fishing....right off your front porch! What would it be like to slide down the slide outside your back door---right down into the lake below? Houseboats have been used for thousands of years in Asia as dwellings and floating restaurants. Here in Florida, houseboats are becoming more popular as whole families choose to live on rivers and lakes.
