American Bald Eagle

Every smart kid knows that the American Bald Eagle is our national symbol. But did you know that these are the only eagles unique to North America? Although we have bald eagles here in Florida, about half of the world's bald eagles, 70,000, live in the state of Alaska, where they live off dead or dying salmon.
